Q - I cannot find the bike or part I am looking for?

Our website is being updated constantly but still only contains a small fraction of the stock we sell, just click here to contact us and we will check if the item is available.

Q - I know the part number where should I enter it?

Just click on the quick order pad and enter your part numbers as necesary.  Please note that it you are entering Suzuki part numbers the majority have a dash after each five numbers  these dash's must be entered.

Q - How long will my order take?

If all the goods are in stock the order will be despatched within 1 working day of placing your order.  If items are out of stock we can normally despatch within one week, however, sometimes there can be delays which are out of our control.  We will check delivery times upon receiving your order and should it be longer than a week we will let you know and give you the option of cancelling.

Q - How can I identify the year of my bike?

Just contact us with the full VIN (Chassis) number and we will look it up for you.  Please note we only have UK model information.

Q - What is the colour code of my bike?

Just contact us with the full VIN (Chassis) number of your bike and we will try to advise you, please note we only have UK model information.

Q - How can I contact customer services?

Q - How can I cancel my order?

Inline with distance selling regulations please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  You will then have another 23 days to return the goods to us.  The goods must be in their original packaging and suitable for re-sale.  You will need to pay for return postage.  To request a return or for our more detailed returns policy just click here to contact us, email us at info@robinsonsfoundry.co.uk or ring 01227 454366
